Story Mode Problems

I personally love the idea and concept of story mode it is very unique and includes the hole server!
However there are a few flaws and some people have complained so i am posting this on there behalf... Basically the 3rd person is a little strange, it is harder to aim in and even with snipers when you aim in you cannot see past your character. This makes it hard too shoot The Don and his guards.
Also once you have completed a mission you have to wait a certain amount of time (Cool down time) however once you have waited the time that it has asked you the timer just keeps going up... Going from 10 mins to 20 to 30 and so on.
These are just a few however, i'm a big fan of story mode leave in the comments other glitches and problems and of course any ideas on how to fix these
